"The best workout studio/gym. I've been a member for 2 months and I've already seen a big difference in my body. The owner Lidia is amazing and truly cares about her clients. It's a two in one place. One side its hardcore workout gym and the other side is a wellness studio that offers pilates, yoga, wood therapy, sauna, facials, etc. It's a one stop for all your wellbeing."
"I messaged the studio with the idea for a surprise Pilates party. They worked with me to make the rental process seamless. The owner went above and beyond and decorated the studio for us. She included Pilate princess crowns and party poppers! She let us set up our own playlist. She was very attentive and made us feel welcome. The instructor Dayna is Hilarious! She made the workout fly by, even when my muscles were burning. Definitely recommend checking this place out!"
"I came to Glo Fitness about 6 weeks ago for a trial class and walked out as a member. I had tried several gyms in the area, but none offered the same welcoming atmosphere that Glo does. The space is always clean, and the staff is hands down the friendliest and most caring.
Lydia is an absolute sweetheart who truly cares about her clients. Her classes are fun, motivating, and challenging the perfect mix if you’re looking for a great sweat. Gala is also wonderful, with a wealth of knowledge in Pilates. Both trainers go above and beyond to help you reach your fitness goals with their supportive teaching styles.
